Minnesota's Housing Stabilization Services is no longer a funded program with Medical Assistance.

 

Nexa Home Connect continues to offer excellent service, assisting people in locating and sustaining their housing by seeking private funding for each participant.

If you would like to join our program, we ask that you come to our office hours in person to register for our program and assist in fundraising for your service.
